We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, and is a Hybrid Position
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: - Provides oversight for multiple teams of Middle Office staff responsible for researching and analyzing transactions on behalf of assigned clients.
- Responsible for oversight of processing, trend analysis, client engagement, TPG review (SLA), process improvement, industry specialist, architecturally aware, incident management, and on shore recovery (processing).
- Manages day to day work of multiple Middle Office teams responsible for researching and analyzing transactions on behalf of more complex assigned clients.
- Manages the performance of assigned staff and sets team priorities.
- Makes decisions on how to implement new clients in more complex situations.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: - Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years total experience
- Prior Financial services experience preferred
- Prior Management experience preferred.
