Your Specific Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of data sets under his/her control.
Compiles eligibility information through client interviews. Inputs in electronic format all ADAP/Provide/CareWare information necessary to enroll and track all participants in the ADAP program, monitoring and initiating timely re-enrollment contact with clients.
Verifies medication pickups for ADAP participants. Ensures all necessary information is received prior to prescription refills (labs, prescriptions, supplemental requirements).
Responsible for securing the designated information sets for purpose of protecting confidentiality, data integrity, and appropriate access for all information, both confidential and public record, which is stored in hard copy or electronic formats. Performs related work as assigned by supervisor.
Performs data entry of monthly and quarterly ADAP requirements for each participant such as CD4 counts, VL counts, Supplemental consult and labs, etc.
Complete all required reports such as EARS, documentation requirements, requests and assignments correctly and within specified time frames. Attend staff meetings, in-service training and other professional and staff development activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge in the Ryan White and ADAP program and Core Eligibility. C ommunication and customer service skills. Experience with Microsoft computer software programs: Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of medical insurance.
