We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Tax Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in helping us optimize our global tax strategy and ensure compliance with international tax regulations.

What you'll be doing:

International Tax Strategist: Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies to minimize our tax burden and maximize profits across our global operations.
Transfer Pricing Guru: Lead the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, ensuring we comply with international regulations.
Global Tax Compliance Expert: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for our international subsidiaries and branches.
The Tax Diplomat: Collaborate with tax advisors and authorities around the world to navigate international tax laws and regulations.
Master of Efficiency: Work with our finance and legal teams to streamline tax processes and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What you'll bring to the table:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA a plus).
7+ years of experience in international tax and transfer pricing.
Strong understanding of global tax regulations, international tax treaties, and OECD guidelines.
Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts to a wide audience.
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems.
Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with a large, multinational corporation.
Experience with tax automation tools and technologies.
