As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sales while delivering 5 Star Customer Service. This involves managing and developing the talent and capabilities of your team to achieve optimal performance.
You will be responsible for delivering retail operational excellence to provide an efficient and effective work environment. By spending the majority of your time on the floor, coaching, and leading by example to ensure The M·A·C Experience is delivered to each customer.
We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and motivated candidates with experience of leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $53,900.00 to $1,011,000.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
