Job Title: Scrum Master
Location : Remote (LATAM) with paid travel to FL
Contract: 12 months

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Scrum Master to join a high-profile, time-sensitive program. This role requires a candidate who excels at driving deliverables, coordinating complex deployments, and maintaining focus in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. As a key member of the team, the Scrum Master will play a critical role in ensuring all project components are successfully delivered by the end of the year.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to drive accountability and iterative progress within the team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables, track project milestones, and ensure all components are deployed on time.
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers and dependencies to keep the project moving efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate consistently with program stakeholders, providing regular updates on sprint status, risks, and issues while managing expectations.
• Maintain a high standard of attention to detail and problem-solving to ensure all project goals are met or exceeded.

Requirements :

• 1-2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding project goals under tight deadlines.
• Possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to high standards.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to shifting priorities.

Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM) are preferred but not required.
