Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed in California
We focus on guiding clients toward building stronger connections with themselves and those around them. Our therapeutic approach provides clients with a compassionate space to explore their inner struggles, gain clarity, and embrace self-growth.

We walk alongside clients in their journey, offering a supportive environment where they can unburden themselves and rediscover their true potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and address various mental health conditions.
• Design tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Maintain consistent therapy sessions and adjust approaches when needed.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to track progress.
• Provide both individual and group therapy while coordinating care as required.
• Support clients in achieving better emotional and mental health.

Requirements

Eligibility Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active LMFT license in California.
• Experience with therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Outstanding communication and empathy skills.
• Additional certifications in Marriage and Family Therapy are advantageous.
