Job Description

Our client, a high-end travel brand, is seeking a contract Senior Graphic Designer to become a key member of a dynamic and fast-moving creative team. This role will focus on both digital design and production, with a balance of 50% conceptual design and 50% working within pre-established templates. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, be skilled in adhering to brand guidelines, and have a background in designing for luxury travel, hotels, resorts, airlines, or luxury real estate. Additional experience in luxury fashion, beauty, or premium consumer products is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and produce digital assets including emails, banners, paid media visuals, and more.
• Design from the ground up as well as work within existing templates, delivering polished and high-quality designs.
• Curate and select premium imagery that aligns with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Ensure visual consistency across all digital platforms for a cohesive, high-end user experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while balancing creativity with brand compliance.
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to meet deadlines and deliver assets.
• Adapt and optimize designs for various digital formats and platforms.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in the travel sector, specifically in luxury hotels, resorts, airlines, or real estate.
• Excellent skills in selecting high-quality imagery that fits the luxury brand’s identity.
• Ability to follow detailed brand guidelines while contributing innovative design ideas.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Experience with designing email campaigns, banners, and digital media assets.
• Ability to work onsite in downtown Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) for 2 days a week, with some flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with luxury beauty, fashion, or premium consumer products.
• Familiarity with production-heavy workflows and working within templates.
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for digital marketing design.
