Production Manager

Position Overview
The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production facility, ensuring that food production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role is essential in managing a high-volume kitchen environment, optimizing processes, and leading a team to deliver quality products consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Oversee food production operations in a high-volume kitchen, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Implement and maintain kitchen management systems to optimize efficiency and productivity in the commissary kitchen.
• Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Conduct regular quality control checks on food products and processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food production management, preferably in a commercial kitchen or commissary setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Experience in managing high-volume kitchen operations and staff.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
