The Role: As a Hiring Partner, you will play a crucial role in assisting our diverse clientele in sourcing and onboarding the right candidates for their needs. This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to build your own hiring practice within our framework , leveraging our extensive network and resources.

Compensation: We offer an exceptional compensation model where you earn some percentage (%) of the one month salary of each candidate you successfully introduce and who is subsequently onboarded. The higher client's fee, the greater you can receive for the hiring fee. Please note, this role does not include a fixed salary, aligning your success directly with your efforts and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients across various industries to understand their hiring needs.
• Utilize your recruitment expertise to source, evaluate, and present suitable candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Stay abreast of global hiring trends and provide insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the recruitment field.
• Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
• Global recruitment experience, with the ability to navigate and connect across all continents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
