Are you a recent graduate or young accounting professional ready to launch your career? We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for an Entry-Level Staff Accountant ! This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and account analysis while enjoying the flexibility of working in-office just 6 days per month .

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and maintain journal entries and detailed account analyses.
• Assist with month-end close, budget processes, and ad-hoc financial reporting.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify variances and recommend solutions.
• Provide support for year-end audits and special financial projects.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Recent graduates are welcome—no internship experience required!
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn financial systems.
• A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
