• Go to possible customers' houses and provide them with painting estimates
• Follow up with customers about the estimates
• Collect start payments with customers
• Maintain communication with customers once they signed the contract

Qualifications:

• We want A-players who are hungry to learn and soak up everything there is to know about how to influence and communicate effectively
• In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we provide bonuses for successfully setting up estimates so you can exponentially earn as your skills improve. We also offer flexible hours, allowing you to balance school, family, or other work commitments
• Knowledge of painting, painting supplies, materials and paint
• Active listening
