• Food Preparation : Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
• Section Management : Oversee your section, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Quality Control : Ensure consistent dish quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Inventory & Hygiene : Monitor stock, ensure proper food storage, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaboration : Work with kitchen staff and management for smooth operations.

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
• Strong culinary skills and kitchen knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
