We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer to join our growing team! This leadership role is essential in guiding our financial systems and empowering us to navigate future strategic initiatives and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Regulatory, Billing, Collections, and Cash Management functions.
Manage the internal book of business for affiliated groups and related entities.
Direct the preparation of all financial statements, including cash flow projections, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
Perform financial analysis and data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Drive the organization's financial strategy and oversee the overall budget process, updating budgets and forecasting projections as necessary.
Analyze operations to identify areas in need of reorganization and coordinate planning with the management team.
Identify opportunities for expansion into new product areas.
Oversee investment funds and collaborate with banking partners to raise capital for expansion as needed.
Assist with merger and acquisition transactions.
Ensure quality control and maintain internal controls.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong management and supervisory skills.
Excellent analytical and organizational capabilities.
Proficient in database and accounting software applications.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is required.
Certified Public Accountant designation is preferred.
Eight to ten years of experience in financial management is preferred.

Schedule:
This role supports our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility to meet business needs in a leadership capacity. The position will be based onsite at our Baraboo office.
