Digital Media Supervisor - Generous Hybrid/Remote Schedule

Position Overview
The Digital Media Supervisor will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. This role is essential for driving brand awareness and achieving conversion goals through strategic digital media efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital media strategies across various platforms.
• Oversee the performance of digital advertising campaigns and provide insightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Manage client interactions to understand their needs and deliver tailored digital solutions.
• Utilize Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics to track and optimize campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to build a cohesive digital strategy that aligns with brand objectives.
• Analyze evolutionary data sets to inform campaign adjustments and maximize ROI.
• Send RFPs to potential vendors and evaluate proposals to ensure alignment with budget and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital media or advertising roles.
• Proficiency in digital advertising tools, including Google Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of Facebook marketing and digital marketing performance metrics.
• Experience in client interaction and managing client relationships effectively.
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful digital strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
