Our Compliance Team plays an essential role in this mission, working diligently behind the scenes to verify listings, validate user profiles, and monitor for potential fraudulent activities. We’re now looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join this team, supporting our efforts to keep Projecthitech a secure platform.
### **About the Role**
As a Virtual Assistant on Projecthitech’s Compliance Team, you will be a key player in maintaining the integrity and security of our platform. This role focuses on screening all property listings, verifying user profiles, and flagging suspicious activities to ensure our users can engage confidently. Your diligence in this role will be instrumental in preventing scams and maintaining the trust of our community.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* **Listing Verification**: Review and verify each property listing for accuracy and compliance with our standards. Confirm that property descriptions, images, and supporting documents are genuine and complete.
* **Profile Validation**: Ensure that each user profile meets our verification requirements, including identity verification and compliance checks.
* **Suspicious Activity Monitoring**: Proactively identify and flag any unusual or potentially fraudulent activity on the platform.
* **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of listings and user profiles. Report any red flags or violations to senior compliance officers.
* **User Support**: Assist users by providing information on listing requirements and responding to queries related to compliance.
