Role Summary

As a Teacher Membership Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and fostering meaningful connections within our Teacher Membership community. Your enthusiasm will energize our Hub forums, enhancing brand loyalty and excitement while championing our mission. Reporting to the Teacher Membership Manager, you will help cultivate confident and competent early literacy educators. This fully remote contract position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, including occasional evenings.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Engagement: Create a welcoming atmosphere within the Teacher Membership community, encouraging lively and consistent participation among members.

Facilitate Growth: Lead engaging sessions for the Teacher Accelerated Program (TAP) that empower educators to reach their fullest potential.

Dynamic Training Delivery: Bring our educational products and solutions to life through interactive live training sessions conducted via Quorum.

Active Forum Support: Drive engagement in various forums within the Hub by actively participating in discussions, responding to posts, and sharing engaging content.

Community Interaction: Initiate conversations, respond to inquiries, and foster connections with Teacher Membership members, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.

Expert Support: Provide valuable assistance by managing the "Ask the Expert" email inbox and facilitating "Ask the Expert Office Hours" as needed, ensuring that our community feels heard and supported.

Timely Reporting and Data Management: Create and manage TAP events (classes), maintain attendance records, complete flash reports, and upload Zoom reports after training sessions to ensure accurate documentation and accessibility of data for review and analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering effective and engaging professional development for early educators, preferably in a virtual setting.
Proven experience in establishing and communicating performance and quality metrics that align with organizational goals.
Self-directed with a strong drive for success and a sense of responsibility for your work.
Strong project and work management skills.
Ability to research, listen, and identify client needs based on assessment conversations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management.
Ability to learn new technology applications quickly.
Familiarity with or experience in the early childhood field.
Knowledge of relevant educational products and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
