We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Marketing to lead our efforts in driving revenue, enhancing brand awareness, and expanding our market presence. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company. You will work closely with key departments such as Sales, Partnerships, Product, Customer Success, Enablement, and Executive Leadership to solidify our position as a market leader. As SVP of Marketing, you'll also have the chance to nurture and develop high-performing teams and foster cross-team collaboration to solve complex business challenges.
Who You Are:
You are a seasoned B2B SaaS marketing executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses, particularly for mid-market and enterprise organizations. Your expertise spans across direct demand generation, partnerships, growth marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You have a passion for using data to drive decisions and a strong focus on metrics like MQL to SQL conversion, and pipeline growth. You are results-driven and understand the key SaaS metrics (CAC, NRR, Burn Rate) to inform and execute strategies that fuel growth. As a natural leader, you excel at developing teams, mentoring leaders, and empowering others to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that supports organizational goals and drives growth.
Establish and track KPIs to evaluate marketing performance and ROI, adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.
Oversee marketing operations, including managing systems, processes, and workflows to ensure operational excellence. Partner with the RevOps team to optimize lead flow, streamline operations, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Branding, Messaging, and Positioning:
Serve as the guardian of the brand, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with the company's mission and values.
Define and refine messaging and positioning to resonate with target audiences, differentiate the brand, and reinforce competitive advantages.
Lead efforts to increase brand equity and awareness, cultivating strong emotional connections with customers and partners.
Demand Generation & Customer Engagement:
Design and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to convert prospects into loyal customers.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, and events to build a high-performing marketing funnel.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure pipeline goals are aligned and to support revenue attainment.
Partner with business development representatives (BDRs) to create targeted outbound campaigns and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Develop a customer advocacy program that highlights success stories through testimonials, case studies, and co-marketing efforts.
Partner and Channel Marketing:
Create and execute strategic partner marketing programs to expand market demand and enable partner success.
Collaborate with the partnerships team to drive co-marketing opportunities and amplify the impact of key alliances.
Product Marketing & Market Launches:
Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches, ensuring clear positioning, effective messaging, and cross-functional collaboration.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new market entries.
Lead global marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and adoption in international markets.
Content Strategy & Creation:
Define key themes and oversee content strategy to position the company as a thought leader through blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, and social media.
Align content efforts with business priorities to deliver valuable insights to prospects, customers, and partners.
Focus on high-impact keywords and maximize organic growth opportunities, including YouTube and AI recommendations.
Annual Customer Events & Conferences:
Lead the strategy and execution of customer events, creating engaging agendas, securing compelling speakers, and enhancing customer loyalty.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure these events align with broader marketing and business objectives.
Analyst Relations & Competitive Research:
Cultivate relationships with industry analysts to enhance market credibility.
Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to inform positioning, product development, and sales strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
Inspire and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Provide mentorship and support team members' professional growth.

What You'll Bring:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, specifically in SaaS environments.
Proven experience in leading brand, demand generation, and product marketing functions.
Experience scaling marketing organizations at Series B or growth-stage companies.
Skills & Attributes:
Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and others.
Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI measurement.
Ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative, innovative culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $250,000-$275,000 + variable compensation

Candidate Experience:
