Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams, including Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Teams, and stakeholders, to deliver effective low-code and no-code solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business Partners, Developers, and Stakeholders in planning sessions to identify dependencies and craft effective delivery strategies, ensuring early and incremental delivery of Salesforce's dedicated data model and Public Sector Solutions.
- Play a crucial role in the planning stages by defining goals and vision, removing obstacles, and keeping the agile team focused on committed objectives.
- Utilize your extensive agile toolbox to apply the appropriate techniques and project management approaches to various challenges.
- Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methods such as story sizing, backlog management, and story mapping.
- Manage multiple time-sensitive and complex projects, engaging with various stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support complex projects/products by leveraging your expertise and pre-existing knowledge in various organizational and implementation methodologies.
- Concurrently manage multiple projects/products across different teams and business areas within a matrixed reporting structure.
- Assist in removing roadblocks and foster a culture of progress and continuous improvement within the team.
- Support Product Owners in effective backlog grooming techniques, facilitating sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.
- Proactively address issues, conflicts, and bottlenecks to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency.
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
