Job Description: Salesforce Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Leadership:
Design and implement robust solutions leveraging Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MFG Cloud (RLM experience is a plus).
Develop and optimize advanced ETM (Enterprise Territory Management) setups.
Provide architectural guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Modeling and Integration:
Create scalable and efficient data models to support business processes.
Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including SAP or ERP platforms (experience with ERP data models is a plus).
Develop and maintain integration frameworks to ensure seamless data flow.
Prototyping and Demonstration:
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) and deliver compelling demonstrations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with teams to iterate and refine solutions based on feedback.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize CRM Analytics (CRMA) or equivalent tools to design and implement analytics solutions.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Strong technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MFG Cloud (RLM is a plus).
Proficiency in creating and managing data models and understanding of ERP or SAP data models.
Experience with advanced Enterprise Territory Management setups.
Strong skills in integration architecture and frameworks.
Ability to create POCs and deliver impactful demos to stakeholders.
Proficiency with CRM Analytics (CRMA) or similar analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
