What You’ll Do

• Build Relationships: Create lifelong customers by listening to their needs and helping them find the perfect vehicle.
• Be a Vehicle Expert: Master the features, technology, and options of our new and used vehicles to confidently guide your customers.
• Deliver Memorable Experiences: Offer high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations that leave a lasting impression.
• Foster Repeat Business: Follow up with buyers and stay connected, ensuring referrals and repeat clients.
• Stay Ahead: Continuously learn to overcome challenges and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Collaborate & Succeed: Report directly to the Sales Manager on your goals and progress, and bring your passion and positivity to the team every day.
