Job Summary

Freevision Technologies is seeking a motivated and persuasive Cold Calling Sales Representative to connect with potential clients, introduce our innovative ID technology solutions, and drive lead generation. This role focuses on building relationships, scheduling appointments, and nurturing opportunities, contributing to the growth of our product and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Freevision Technologies’ products and services.
• Effectively communicate the value of our solutions, tailoring messages to address customer needs.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies based on market feedback.
• Provide insights from customer interactions to inform marketing and sales initiatives.
• Continuously develop knowledge of our products and services to improve client engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional phone demeanor.
• Strong persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
• Knowledge of ID technology or related industries is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling.
• Expert at closing sales.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and appointment-setting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in conversations.

Pay: $23-45 per hour
