Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with both pediatric and adult care experience? We're looking for skilled and dedicated nurses to join our growing telephone triage team! Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality telephone triage services for pediatric and adult patients
Handle a variety of cases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Utilize strong computer skills and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple calls efficiently
Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented work environment
Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience (preferably in an emergency department, call center, or provider office triage setting)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to think quickly and handle challenges with confidence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compact Nurse Licensure encouraged (additional state licenses may be required)
