**Join Our Community Service Agency as a Program Manager!**
We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to join our Community Service Agency (CSA). Our CSA provides intensive care coordination services to youth and young adults aged 3 to 21 who are struggling with a serious emotional disturbance (SED). Our services are designed to be highly flexible, supporting individuals who have difficulty accessing and sustaining involvement in needed services. These supportive services are directed towards youth and their families, working together with professionals to discuss strengths and needs and actively guide their own care.
**Sign-On Bonus:**
We are currently offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for this position!
**Position Details:**
- **Type:** Full-Time; 40 hours per week
- **Location:** Some visits in the community, so access to reliable transportation is needed. Remote hours are available and encouraged!
**What You'll Do:**
- Provide vision, leadership, supervision, training, and evaluation of all program staff.
- Direct 1-1 supervision of the Senior Care Coordinators and Senior Family Partners and implement the CSA program according to the guidelines outlined in the Performance Specifications and CSA Operations Manual.
- Ensure that staff implement and consistently adhere to the ten principles of the Wraparound model in all CSA work.
- Conduct hiring and training of staff, as well as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions, in collaboration with the AVP of Child, Youth, and Family Services.
- Provide back-up 24/7 emergency on-call beeper coverage.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Master's degree in a related behavioral health field required. LICSW or LMHC required.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services to youth and families. Three years of supervisory and/or management experience. Experience managing a home-based or Wraparound program is preferred.
- **Skills:** Access to consistently reliable transportation.
