Job Description

We are seeking skilled Plasterers to join our client’s dynamic team. A leading company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of high-quality furniture, stairways, flooring, timber, wood products & accessories, construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work. The company delivers exceptional craftsmanship and ensures customer satisfaction in every project.

The Plasterer will be responsible for applying plaster or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and durable finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering techniques, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

The contract is provided directly by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and removing any debris or loose materials.
• Apply plaster, stucco, or similar materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or spraying equipment.
• Smooth and level surfaces using trowels, brushes, or other appropriate tools.
• Create texture patterns or decorative finishes as required.
• Repair damaged or cracked plaster using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Ensure plaster is mixed and prepared correctly to achieve desired consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate projects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in the construction industry.
• Able to use GR 1000.
• Proficiency in plastering techniques, including applying and smoothing plaster, creating texture patterns, and performing repairs.
• Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their appropriate applications.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or formal training in plastering or a related field.
• Familiarity with construction equipment, aluminum profiles & accessories, roofing, stainless steel & steel work.
