Position Overview:
As a Virtual Sign Language Interpreter, you will play a key role in supporting students by ensuring clear and effective communication in a virtual classroom setting. Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time, high-quality sign language interpretation for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in a virtual educational setting.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all virtual interactions, adhering to school policies and ethical guidelines.

Utilize the provided teletherapy platform to manage schedules, assignments, and communication effectively.

Qualifications:
Licensed Sign Language Interpreter in the state of Alabama (required).
Minimum of two years of experience as a sign language interpreter in an educational setting.
Strong ability to adapt to virtual interpreting technologies and online communication platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
