Job Description:- Retail Marketing Activation Contractor
- This RMA contractor will focus primarily on Local & Latino market revenue growth initiatives in Retail stores.
- This position will collaborate with the business units, Marketing Activation, the creative group as well as the local teams to develop segment specific positioning and value propositions to drive brand awareness and demand.
- They will be part of the retail marketing strategy from inception to completion.
- This position will also act as a subject matter expert for segments (example Latino) to help develop impactful messaging that differentiates client products/solutions in the marketplace.
Responsibilities include:- Develop the retail messaging and placement strategies which includes passive digital, interactive, and printed materials to deliver segment specific gross adds, product growth, and revenue within the Local & Latino markets.
- Oversee the development and execution of hyper local retail marketing tactics to appeal to mobile and home prospects.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in retail targeting the Latino market.
- Support localized marketing messages and campaigns that resonate with the Latino audience, ensuring accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with regional marketing teams, business units, and other internal partners (IMC, PMO & SPO)
- Work with cross functional teams to conceptualize and execute end to end localized campaigns evaluating effectiveness, results, and measuring campaign impact.
- Developing comprehensive briefs for creative work in partnership with marketing activation, the business units and leads the briefings of the internal creative retail team.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to align on promo campaigns that will differentiate Client in the industry while driving growth.
- Preparing presentations for high-level leadership in CMO.
- Reviewing language and legal for brand compliance.
- Assisting with creating the digital playlist for local markets.
- Liaison between Client IT, CMO, and market requesters to ensure we have all the information needed to execute the brief.
- Evaluate performance results data to identify effectiveness and areas of opportunity.
- Test new tactics to appeal to prospects including messaging, promotional offers, and various methods while complimenting other marketing efforts.
- Continuous observation of competitive marketplace and gathering best practices for Latino & Local retail marketing.
What Client is looking for:- A team player who can navigate across cross-functional teams, identify key stakeholders, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- A key go-to-person for updates and status on all segment marketing initiatives.
- The ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing Activation, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Project Management Organization (PMO) and business units.
Candidates will need to have:- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with digital marketing, specifically passive digital and interactive tablets.
- Understanding of the Client retail landscape.
- Prior knowledge or background with market structures within a large company
- Proven experience in retail marketing, with a focus on the Latino market.
- Fluent in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Latino culture, consumer behavior, and market trends.
- Experience working collaboratively with and presenting ideas and content to a variety of stakeholders.
- High proficiency with Google suite applications, PowerPoint, and the creation of executive level presentations.
- Product management experience.
Even better if candidates have:- A Master’s degree, preferably an MBA.
- Experience in the wireless or telecommunications industry.
- Proven strengths in strategic and critical thinking.
- Experience in creative/brand strategy and/or creative-specific account management roles.
- Agency and/or client-side experience leading creative development and ultimate output of world class creative.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and to "see the big picture".
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work with minimal supervision, and independently manage concurrent projects to timely completion.
- Digital experience of trends and key business drivers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly express complex ideas.
- Present plans and insights targeted to what that audience cares about (up to the executive level).
- Background in marketing strategy and local market nuances.
- Understanding digital marketing and the backend function of segmentation.
- Analyzed what’s important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team.

Pay Range: $65hr to $70hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
