Day Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Thursday)
Night Shift (Priority): 7 PM - 7 AM (Monday to Thursday) Pay: Starting at $23.00/hour Hours per Week: 36 - 48 hours

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Production Technicians. Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate various machines (coating, slitting, metalizing, or sheeting)
Load rolls of paper onto machines and make necessary adjustments
Monitor machine operations and product quality throughout the process
Use overhead hoists, trucks, and dollies to transport materials
Conduct tests to ensure products meet established specifications
Identify and troubleshoot malfunctions and process issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow production schedules, work orders, and verbal instructions
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals
What You Bring to the Team:
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
Forklift operation experience preferred
Ability to read and comprehend safety policies and process documentation
Previous experience in a fast-paced team environment preferred
Familiarity with 5S or similar lean manufacturing principles is a plus
