Are you an enthusiastic, approachable, and adaptable therapist with a passion for helping others? Do you enjoy working in a supportive, dynamic team environment? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are a group practice that values diversity and inclusion, and we strongly encourage candidates from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other marginalized communities to apply. We offer a flexible, collaborative setting where therapists can thrive in their roles and make a lasting impact on our clients.

Coordinate care with other providers, including psychiatrists and family members as needed
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace
Continue to develop your skills and knowledge to best serve your diverse caseload
What You'll Love About This Role:
Flexible Work Schedule: Work from home or choose a hybrid approach that combines in-office and remote work
Work-Life Balance: We prioritize your well-being with a flexible Monday-Friday schedule that doesn't require weekend availability (except for client emergencies)
Supportive Environment: Be part of a fun and welcoming team with regular opportunities to connect and collaborate (optional social gatherings)
Comprehensive Support: We provide an intake coordinator, a medical biller, and a practice manager to handle administrative tasks, so you can focus on your clients
Professional Growth: We offer clinical supervisor training and regular team meetings to foster your personal and professional development
Generous Benefits: Access to a group healthcare plan (including vision and dental), 401(k) matching after one year, continuing education stipend, paid time off, sick leave, and a signing bonus
Competitive Compensation: Pay based on experience, with opportunities to grow your caseload quickly
What We're Looking For:
Current Illinois LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
Minimum of 1 year of counseling experience (prior private practice experience is a plus)
A strong desire to support the growth of the next generation of therapists (if applying for a clinical supervisor role)
Comfort with using technology tools (G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP voicemail)
Organized, professional, and reliable, with a commitment to providing excellent care
A willingness to block out 12-14 hours per week for client sessions (with potential for full-time caseload)
To Apply, Please Include:

Graduation date from your master's program
Any specialties or certifications that inform your practice
The populations you're interested in working with
Your availability and preference for full-time or part-time work
Your experience and comfort with independent work and maintaining client schedules
Why you're interested in joining our practice and how you align with our values
Three professional references
We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming a new member to our collaborative team!
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 68,824.00 Per Year
