Key Responsibilities:
- Psychotherapy & Counseling: Provide effective psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, or groups. Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Client Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate, confidential client records while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaboration: Communicate consistently with referral sources and other providers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create comprehensive treatment plans.
- Supervision & Growth: Receive guidance and support from a qualified supervisor. Take initiative in your professional growth and development.

- Qualifications:
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with counseling interventions, assessments, and referral processes

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
- Pay Range: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 15-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Flexible hours, including day, evening, and night shifts as needed (weekends included)
