About This Opportunity:

As a Lead Generation Manager, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads for the revenue team. You’ll utilize marketing automation tools to manage both inbound and outbound campaigns, ensuring effective audience segmentation.

Creating sales sequences that capture audience interest and drive revenue opportunities will be a key focus. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels to deliver impactful results.

Things You’ll Do Here:

  • Plan, develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns to engage target audiences and move them through the sales funnel, encompassing both inbound and outbound strategies.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to produce effective audience segmentation, delivering personalized and effective marketing messages and ensuring alignment amongst stakeholders for successful campaign execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, design, digital, content) to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, cost per acquisition, return on investment), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly optimize campaigns based on data analysis, industry best practices and latest marketing trends.
  • Support overall marketing strategy in collaboration with marketing leadership based on the long-term product roadmap, aligned with purpose, vision and values, and shaped by market/industry intelligence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Five (5) or more years of lead generation/marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML coding, and WordPress.
  • Proven ability to analyze and synthesize information and convert it into persuasive, targeted messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting acumen.
  • Knowledge of ABM and product marketing strategies.
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail, meaning the ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent, on time delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

A plus if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience working for B2B healthcare/health insurance and specifically SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach.

Where You’ll Work : This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!

  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
