- Job Title: Land Surveyor
- Job Location: Hartford, CT
- Salary: $80K to $100K
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Landy Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking to ensure accuracy and compliance in land development projects. The role requires a strong understanding of land surveying techniques and technologies.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct boundary surveys to determine property lines and easements.
- Perform topographic surveys to gather data for land development projects.
- Execute construction staking to provide precise measurements for construction activities.
- Complete as-built surveys to document the final conditions of projects post-construction.
- Utilize digital surface modeling and topographic mapping for accurate land assessments.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and other professionals to support project objectives using Civil 3D.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
- Experience with boundary surveying, topographic surveying, and construction staking.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and other surveying software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
