Our IT department is growing and looking for a IT Analyst to provide general technical support to maintain company equipment and provide end user support. The IT Analyst is primarily responsible for completing ServiceDesk related functions and providing front line application and technical support to system users. The position is positioned to grow quickly within the department to other operational areas.

Responsibilities may include:

• Complete ServiceDesk related functions within the established Service Level Agreements.
• Provide front line application and technical support to system users.
• Prepare new user accounts/onboarding and ensure that hardware is prepared for all new employees/users.
• Install hardware and peripheral components, such as monitors, keyboards, peripherals, etc.
• Responsible for the general installation, repair and configuration of computers, applications and other applicable hardware.
• Assist users with resetting passwords in Office365 and logins of assigned software.
• Contribute to any knowledge base articles for future support related items.
• Support end users with software application issues for all assigned software systems.
• Document issues accurately, concisely and with sufficient detail within the ServiceDesk system and any knowledge base resources that are developed.
• Oversee, monitor and respond to assigned ServiceDesk tickets.
• Investigate user problems and identify problem, determine, test and implement solutions.
• Troubleshoot applications, software and hardware and ensure that adequate solutions are in place for users.

Requirements for this position include:

• Minimum 18 years of age. High school diploma/GED is required.
• It is preferred the IT Analyst have a (four year) college degree in computer sciences and a working understanding of basic Information Technology principles.
• Candidates without a degree who possess three years of comparable experience may also be considered.
• Must be able to work independently and demonstrate sound decision-making skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, personal liability insurance, and driving record, which enable the employee to be covered by the agency’s insurance policy are required.
