The average sale earns around $550, and agents typically close 2 to 10 sales per week (depending on part-time/full-time status). Commissions start at 80%, and you can earn a 5% raise every two months based on your performance!

What You'll Need:

No prior experience or knowledge is required, but you must have or be willing to obtain your insurance license. (We'll guide you through the process to prepare for and pass your state exam.)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills.
Organized and self-motivated.
Integrity and a willingness to be coached within a proven system.
Proactive in problem-solving.
