This will require the right candidate to have:

• A high level of customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Reliable – a record of being on time
• Train new Custodians
• Coach and discuss the performance of Custodians
• Desire to correct customer complaints immediately
• Must be a Great Ambassador for ABM – communication in a professional manner with Clients and Custodians

In this fast-paced environment - You need to be able to:

• Perform Cleaning Routines in an Excellent Manner
• Inspect buildings for safety
• Supervise, inspect, and perform tag work
• A solid history of safe work practices, following and enforcing company policies

The right candidate will have:

• Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
• Commitment to working all scheduled shifts - the ability to coach team members on committing to their shifts
