We are currently looking to fill an Earned Media Specialist position at L2TMedia!

Job Summary

The Earned Media Specialist will be responsible for the management of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile accounts, for several major automotive clients. Create and analyze onsite lead-generating offers using our proprietary platform. Oversee and respond to dealership reviews within our reputation management platform. This position would require the incumbent to be forward-thinking and have strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and publish engaging copy to support client objectives
  • Execute social media strategies for a wide range of promotion campaigns, product launches and marketing/sales
  • Utilize our proprietary platform to build effective lead-generating offers on dealership websites using promotional information given by the client
  • Handle positive and negative reviews with positive and informative responses
  • Utilize reporting tools to deliver monthly analytics reports to client and project management teams
  • Conduct product and client level audits
  • Exhibit solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
  • Offer insights/ideas for how L2TMedia can capitalize on industry trends
  • Data analytics - interpreting/analyzing results
  • Cross trained in area of focus within your product

Education Requirement
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, digital advertising
Required Skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • Contributor to bigger team picture (understands how their role impacts overall company goals and makes a contribution to their goals for overall company success).
  • Communicates to clients with command and proposes optimal solutions for both L2TMedia and the client
  • Expert advisor and solid collaborator with product and CST roles
  • Recognizes when issues of their own department will have downstream impact & alert affected partners in a timely manner
  • Ability to interact directly with clients via email and conference call and apply appropriate tone and knowledge of products

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics a plus
