Job Summary:  

The Dispatcher expedites communications and dispatches company personnel and/or vehicles. This role is responsible for logging, reporting and communicating all moments that require dispatching. 

Job Specifications:  

  • Expected Pay Range:  $20.00 -  $23.00

  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time 

  • Skill Level: Entry Level 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Communicating effectively with guests, employees and managers in a positive, productive and efficient manner.
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties, including but not limited to, scanning, mail retrieval, answering emails and phone calls in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Manage the Dispatch System for On Demand Service “Downtowner”
  • Take ownership of charter reservation for weddings, group events, and other charter service.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to guests, managers and other employees of the organization.
  • Attention to detail, multitask oriented, professional mannerism, self-motivated, proactive, highly organized.

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
