Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Remote Data Typist to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, performing administrative tasks, and helping keep our records organized and up-to-date.

Entering and verifying data in database systems
Maintaining accurate records
Scanning and indexing documents
Handling internal and external requests for information
Assisting with various administrative tasks
What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Certification in data entry or records management
Experience using database management software
Familiarity with regulatory requirements
Technical Skills

Proficiency with database management tools (e.g., SharePoint, FileHold)
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with electronic record-keeping systems
Typing speed of 40-60 words per minute
