Tons of Phones is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers via email and chat, ensuring their inquiries, issues, and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by identifying the cause, explaining the best solution, and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
• Maintain a professional tone and demonstrate empathy in all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns.
• Update customer accounts and document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in email or chat support.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in using customer support tools and CRM systems.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
