Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping the parish grounds, church, youth center, preschool (occasionally) and parish center clean, stocked and orderly.
• Should be able to follow a checklist to make sure that items are satisfactorily completed on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
• Minor repairs and facilities setup are also required based on parish calendar and with the ability to follow a facility usage form to anticipate needs of the group meeting.
• Must be able to work well with others including co-workers and guests to the Church.
• Must have knowledge of cleaning products and best cleaning practices.
• Must be a self-starter, able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements, Skills & Abilities:

• Must have good communications skills.
• Perform duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
• Technological ability to set up microphone, laptop, TVs and projectors
• Must be able to work a scheduled shift, including weekends & holidays
• Able to follow instructions with speed and efficiency.
• Candidate must successfully pass a Level II FBI Background Screening and complete Safe Environment Training before employment.
• Practicing Catholic Applicants Preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Be in good physical condition and able to do moderate lifting (20-50 lbs.), climbing and pushing.
