CPA/Staff Accountant

COMPANY PROFILE:

Located in the Yankton, South Dakota area; our client has a team made up of exceptionally skilled professionals who work hard to ensure their client’s success.

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

$75,000 -$100,000
$25,000 - $30,000 Bonuses
3% Simple Plan Matching
Paid Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave
Flex Schedule – in off tax season
Some remote work opportunities – not full time remote.
Company paid Continuing Education.
After 1 year, can partake in a destination trip after tax season paid by office.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

Prepare income tax returns.
Prepare financial statements.
Supervise support staff.
Review payroll reports.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Income tax preparation experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in non-profit accounting – preferred, not required.
• Self-Motivated, Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude.
• CPA Certification.
