THE POSITION: We are looking for a Construction Manager II (MODS). The pay range we offer is $80,000 to $120,000 per year. We offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and your experience.


RESPONSIBILITIES: The Construction Manager II will be responsible for overseeing the construction of telecom projects from start to finish. Supervising the construction of telecom projects includes managing the budget, scheduling, and quality control of all construction activities. The Construction Manager II will also ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Manage the construction of telecom projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed during construction activities.
Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Develop project plans and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to management regarding progress and any potential issues or delays.
Ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before beginning construction activities.
Maintain accurate records of all project activities, including budgets, schedules, materials used, etc.
Provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors as needed throughout the project.
Resolve any conflicts or disputes between subcontractors or other parties involved in the project promptly.


REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred but not required.
5+ years' experience in a similar role managing telecom construction projects preferred but not required.
Knowledge of applicable safety regulations related to telecom construction activities required.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team required.
