We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial reconstruction projects following fire and water damage. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, with the ability to manage large-scale commercial reconstruction projects, while also being competent in mitigation processes. If you have expertise in Xactimate and thrive in managing commercial projects from start to finish, this role is perfect for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee commercial reconstruction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Manage the mitigation process as necessary, ensuring a seamless handoff to the reconstruction phase.
  • Conduct detailed site inspections and create accurate project estimates using Xactimate, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and standards on commercial properties.
  • Work closely with insurance adjusters and other external partners to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations.
  • Utilize project management software such as Drybook, Dash, or DBMX (preferred but not required) to track progress, manage resources, and oversee timelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial reconstruction, with strong competency in mitigation processes.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
  • Experience with Drybook, Dash, or DBMX is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications:

  • Superb customer service track record
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in mitigation, restoration and/or construction preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Xactimate estimation proficiency is required.
  • Experience or knowledge of either DryBook, MICA, Restoration Management, DASH
  • IICRC Certifications

Compensation and Benefits Offered:

  • Base salary: $90k - 105k, with an annual discretionary bonus.
