Job Title: Appraiser Trainee

What You’ll Do:

• Assist experienced appraisers in gathering and analyzing property data, including inspections, research, and market analysis.
• Learn to prepare professional appraisal reports that help clients make informed decisions.
• Develop a deep understanding of local real estate markets and property valuation techniques.
• Work closely with a supportive team to ensure accurate and high-quality assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

• A four-year degree (or currently pursuing one).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn about the real estate industry.
• The ability to obtain your Certified General Appraisal license within 3 years.
