Must-Haves (We're Looking for These Qualities)
We have a few important requirements for this role:
Active BCBA Certification: Required.
Clinical Experience: At least 1 year of experience, including program development across varying skill levels, working with moderate to severe problem behaviors, and in different service delivery settings.
Caseload Management: Ability to manage a caseload while supervising a clinical team to meet high-quality standards.
Client Progress Monitoring: Conduct assessments, provide parent training, and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven insights.
Team Collaboration: Provide feedback to the clinical care team regarding supervision, treatment development, and implementation.
Comprehensive Assessments: Perform assessments to determine client needs and create personalized ABA programs.
Documentation Skills: Ability to complete treatment plans and reports for clients on your caseload.
Ongoing Learning: Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
Spanish Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
