About the Role:
As a Claims Representative II, you'll primarily manage claims over the phone, with occasional field inspections conducted in person or through referrals to our in-house field staff, independent adjusters, or experts. You'll play a critical role in supporting our vision by driving efficient and equitable claims handling.

What You'll Do:
Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate auto casualty claims arising from personal, commercial, and farm exposures.
Take high-quality recorded statements and identify potentially fraudulent claims.
Read and interpret contracts, setting appropriate case reserves in a timely manner.
Communicate professionally and empathetically with policyholders, claimants, and agents via phone, writing, and in person.
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage claims.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of auto claims experience preferred.
Experience in IN, IL, and/or OH jurisdictions preferred.
Prior bodily injury and/or property damage experience preferred.
Experience handling Medicare/Medicaid issues is a plus.
Auto body estimating experience is a plus.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
