This position is tailor-made for someone passionate about thorough cleaning and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position and requires the successful candidate to work onsite, as the tasks necessitate direct interaction with our clients and their properties. This is not a remote position. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform professional carpet cleaning services using company-provided equipment and products with an attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Carefully move furniture as needed to ensure thorough cleaning and then return it to its original position with minimal disruption.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely arrival at job sites.
• Collect payments upon job completion and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest industry techniques and standards.
• Clean a small area of the client’s home to demonstrate the quality of the services provided as part of customer interaction.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment specific to carpet care.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respect for customers' property and personal space at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability to work weekends, evenings or holiday shifts as required.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Motivated and hardworking individual ready to roll up sleeves and deliver exceptional service by cleaning small areas of customers' homes as an introduction to our services.
