Under the general direction of the Staff Service Manager I, the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) provides business analysis and support services to the Record Management Branch (RMB). The AGPA is responsible for performing as a highly-skilled, independent consultant for the RMB and is assigned duties that support the various program needs of the branch. The AGPA maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; consults with internal and external subject matter experts to meet statutory and case law mandates; analyzes program procedures, policies, and practices; identifies, documents, and implements changes to program procedures, training materials for both internal and external use, and productivity metrics; and supports continuous improvement processes within the branch from concept identification through project implementation.

This position is designated for telework under Government Code section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California and may require reporting to headquarters or field offices and facilities to fulfill operational needs. All telework schedules are subject to change and may be reevaluated at any time.
