STRATEGIC STAFFING SOLUTIONS HAS AN OPENING!

Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently looking for a Business Execution Administrator for a contract opening with one of our largest clients!

This is a Contract Opportunity with our company that MUST be worked on a W2 ONLY, NO visa sponsorship or C2C eligibility for this position . The details are below.

Job Title : Business Execution Administrator
Contract : 6 Months
Location : Charlotte, NC

Job/Role Description:

Receive requests from internal teams and validate authorization ability
Perform authentication procedures
Confirm wire instructions
Close out requests and note actions
Ensure proper handling of escalated requests
Participate in monthly regression testing once new updates are released on internal systems
Collaborate with partners to solve any complex issues

Required Skills/Experience:

Client service skills or call center operations experience
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel - (Pivot tables/ VLOOKUP’s)
COMMUNICATION SKILLS – STRONG VERBAL
UAT testing – (has participated in regression testing)

SOFT SKILLS

Empathy
Strong attention to detail
Organizational skills
Multi-tasking
COMMUNICATION SKILLS – STRONG VERBAL

EXPERIENCE

Banking and/ or finance experience is strongly preferred
