They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in Monroe, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience and high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients, negotiating terms as needed.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, within the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
