Job Description: Business Development Professional - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Professional with 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in Government Projects such as Municipal, K-12, and Higher Education. This position is with a highly regarded local General Contractor known for its commitment to keeping projects and employees local.

Business Development Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the government sector, including municipal, educational, and related markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive bids and proposals.
* Stay informed about industry trends and upcoming project opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of work.
* Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry-related forums.
